Welcome to A-Plus! Tutors!
If this is your first visit to our site, please take a moment and look around. I am relatively new to the on-line community in that this is my first tutoring-related website. My hope is to create a centralized base for not only my students and clients, but for people who are always interested in improving their English language skills.
Bookmark this page and visit me for daily updates on what's happening at A-Plus! Tutors.
Here you will find daily tips for learning and studying. You will find links to exercises aimed at improving your grammar, spelling, punctuation and general writing skills. Also, we will provide links to ESL exercises for second-language students. And more!
Since most of my private tutoring has been done in person, I am spending time transferring a lot of my materials to the "virtual world." It is a fun task -- but not an easy one! I hope you will continue to visit A-Plus! Tutors as time goes on. Things will only get better from here.

My decision to set up online came from the idea that most students are now "connected" -- that is, to the world of the Internet. That means that you know how to get online and you know how to do things online. This is where education and the internet diverge (meaning to come together), and the point at which you as students take advantage of all that the electronic world -- and the people in it -- have to offer.
My job here at A-Plus! Tutors is to always provide students with private, one-on-one instruction. That will never change. However, I feel that this site will allow my students and me to do more in less time by keeping in touch on-line.

If you've ever heard the phrase, "Education doesn't end in the classroom," believe me when I say that it has never been truer than it is now, in the Electronic Age. As classrooms become more and more crowded due to Canadian cutbacks, parents and Adult Learners are looking for new ways to stay on top of their work. And one of the most valuable ways of supplementing what you learn in the classroom is to work one-on-one with a private tutor. Colleges and universities are becoming increasingly competitive, which is why it's so important for students to stay at the top of their game.
Good grades mean more choices in your future.
In the classroom, there are 20 to 30 other students fighting for the teacher's attention. Private tutors are just that - private teachers. At A-Plus! Tutors, we give you 100% of our attention every time, all the time.
